"Rooms were clean and our maid was great. Restaurant needs to serve alcohol and have ice machines in the halls. Breakfast was wonderful lots of options and very efficient. Location is good and close to MRT station and shopping. If you take a Tuk-Tuk beware they want to take you to only places that charge you double if not triple the cost of things. Same with Taxis. All of our excursions were able to find the hotel but one whom which we were charged but didn’t get to go on it because they forgot us. Rooms supply complimentary water, soups, pop, and coffee/tea. Pool was very disappointing. Only got a little sun during the day and was freezing cold. Otherwise hotel was nice. "

"Great location for shopping and eating. Shop at Siam Paragon and eat in the Gourmet food court (we went back twice). Walk to Lumpini park early in morning to see monitor lizards then walk to Dusit Central Park then shop at the attached mall and then eat in the food court. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure you enjoyed breakfast. Best french pastries that we had in Thailand. Front desk staff were do quick and helpful if we had any questions or needed any help. This is a great hotel if you want to shop and eat in comfort."
