"Nice center hotel, very dated"

"All rooms away from the center of the hotel are great. Just don't let them put you in the center. Very load machine noise."

"It was a basic hotel. Barely got greeted by the receptionist. Rooms smelled and outdated"

"$25 a night parking fee, hvac with no control, we stayed in a room that was 63*. Was told by maintenance we could turn fan speed to low but that was all. Then management beat on our door waking us at 9 am and accused of smoking in room, we weren't. Oddly, how does one defend self of that? We invited them to inspect room and when they came in and saw/smelled nothing, no apology. We were not treated like guests. Crossing Hyatt off the list and sharing my experience."

"My bathroom was DIRTY (rings in tub and dirt around side of bath) and the shower had only 1% water pressure (barely a drip) and the tub would NOT drain. Repeated calls for assistance from Engineers produced NO response for more than one hour. I was unable to shower and had to wash using the sink. Very frustrating and a bad start to the day. VERY UNHAPPY with this experience."

"Elevator was broken, no shuttle, safe was broken, air didn't work,the bar had creepy people hanging out at it made going in the pool area feel uncomfortable. The lobby bathroom had air fresheners that was so over powering in made me feel sick, hallways smelled if cigarettes. Online it said it was near the beach but it took a 25-30 min Uber ride to get to the beach."

"I would not recommend this IHG property and will not be returning. Our rooms were not Well cleaned. The property grounds are also not well maintained. I had originally selected this hotel due to the reasonable price. I learned that I could have paid a little more and likely had a much better stay. I definitely do not Recommend this location for families, as there were also safety concerns on site."

"Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle. Would definitely return again!"

"Had some trouble with the payment for my reservation as I was driving down to stay. Host was most accommodating! Will be traveling to Deerfield Beach regularly for work and plan on making Elizabeth House my home away from home while I am teaching!"
