"Complete bait and switch. Place had a lovely lobby. Everywhere else on property was old, worn, unmaintained, and beyond filthy. For why they charged for two nights, there is 0 reason why the property should not be going through ongoing and routine maintenance. There are pics to prove. And, the location is in a residential area. So, the idea of ‘spring break’ pricing is not an excuse for such high prices when the place is nothing as it’s advertised pics show. I even had to fight the shower to actually shower. Stains on the pillow sheets. Looked like blood. Old, faulty furniture, still with assembly stickers on it. Soap scum and mystery hair in the shower and sink. "

"The check-in staff was understaffed and they became rude. I was told to sit down and they would call me up. A line of people formed and they were served before me. The room smelled. There was shabby. we had to go it sheets for the hide a bed. They didn’t even have a blanket. We will not be staying with Holliday Inn again. I expected much more for what we paid. "

"Staff is friendly and accommodating. On top of that the breakfast is so delicious! I would highly recommend staying here."

"We stayed here the night before a cruise (it's about 30 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale port). The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, the free breakfast was great, they have many options. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Room was a tad worn down. You can see it in the carpeting and some of the chairs. On big turn off. I have to pay for coffee? What? I stayed st another Hilton property 90 miles North and the coffee was free. "
