"Unappetizing expensive food at the restaurant, "bartenders" who don't seem to want to be there. On the other hand very helpful front desk staff who removed my charge for parking. I was there for an event with my group and the hotel informed our group that our parking would be free. We were given a code that did not work and the staff knew nothing about the arrangement. "I would not recommend this IHG property and will not be returning. Our rooms were not Well cleaned. The property grounds are also not well maintained. I had originally selected this hotel due to the reasonable price. I learned that I could have paid a little more and likely had a much better stay. I definitely do not Recommend this location for families, as there were also safety concerns on site."
