"We asked for a cart for our luggage. We had to leave a drivers license to get it. We were never asked if we needed help with luggage but we got the cart. I understand that they wanted the cart back for use by other guests but the process makes you feel like they didn’t trust you. "

Smoking policy by the Pool was allowed (??) or not discouraged which was not a plus. Parking was very limited to return to find a space. Rooms were good and clean but dated furniture. Limited or no sidewalks in the immediate neighborhood and little to no after dark lighting. Appears a safe area. More for young families with children location?...
