"We came expecting to walk a distance to the main shopping area. We were pleasantly surprised the unit is just in the heart of the Hongdae area. The rooms are clean, and even had a welcome basket with snacks in it. The owner is very nice and replied to my queries very fast. The bathrooms come equipped with most necessities less toothbrush but we brought our own. There is a total of 3 queen size beds and one sofa bed. Comes with a kitchen and dining area with fridge, microwave and pots for cooking...

"All the staff went above and beyond, they were kind and very helpful. Lynn Yeo helped us with our check-in, and it was smooth sailing. Truly satisfied with their services. The location is also in the middle of Hongdae, close to restaurants, a convenience store, and shops. "

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room,but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...

"My daughter and I did not like the motion sensor light by the door. In the evening when we were sleeping, the light keep turning on. Maybe because somebody is walking outside and the light turned on because of motion from the other side of the door. It was very annoying!!!"

"Great location and very close to the subway station. There are plenty of shops nearby for daily necessities. The host is very helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was comfortable and great for a good night sleep."
