"We had a spacious and very clean 2QueenBed room . Location very convenient, close to Costco, Trader Joe's, Panda Express and Mitsuwa Marketplace. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and accomodating."

"They have the smoothest elevators I have ever been in. You barely feel them start and stop."

"It’s always clean. Fire pit is always available we go and enjoy a good bbq because u can use the grills. Rooms are the best. Love their staff always friendly and helpfull. My number #1 is the oatmeal love it. Coffee is always deleted so that’s a negative it’s very water down. But other than that love to stay here highly recommend it. They always accommodate to my needs."

"This travel did not happen. They weren’t accepting check-in because of the chemical spill or explosion that was going to happen nearby nearby so they could not allow for any check-in. They were going to evacuate not sure if they did, but I had to find another place. Total inconvenience. Not their fault. I’ve stayed here before. It was a great place. just disappointing that this was a tragic situation."

"The room was clean. The furnace/AC is loud whenever it’s on. The breakfast is getting worst though, no coffee cups at the coffee station and food are just stale and dry."

"The room was fine just to sleep in but the room has a very old smell and everything felt very sticky. The room also wasn't exactly clean either, there was hair in " brand new " towels,the floor had a bit of dirt or crumbs, ect.. If you ignore all that it's fine for the price and just to sleep. The staff was really friendly and helpful tho."

"Room was clean but there was no other facilities inside room. Even bathroom was not well maintained. Washbasin was in an open room and it was releasing bad gas from gutters. For what I charged it was not worth. I must say staff was friendly and helpful."

"For a one-night stay, this property was fine overall, and the staff, especially Mark at the front desk provided excellent customer service. He was professional, understanding, and did his best to explain the situation. That being said, Expedia or Best Western seriously need to correct the room photos being advertised for the standard rooms because they are extremely misleading. The photos shown for the standard room clearly depict a suite-style setup with a separate living area and sofa bed,...
