"The Room Was Half Cleaned. Bed Sheets Were Filthy And When You Lift Up The Covers From The Bed Theres A Bunch Of Little Trash, Crumbs And Wood Chips On The Bed. Bed Was Torn Up From The Sides. I Was Itchy The Whole Time Being There. Towels Smelled Funky. I Was There For 2 Nights Because I Booked Ahead Of Time And I Got No Room Service Whatsoever. Sad To Say That Will Be My Last Time Going There. It Was Bad 😩😩😩😩😩"

"Door was stiff and did not open with the card, had to ask for help to open and they pushed the door with some force to get it to open. Door did not lock when leaving the room. Was unsafe due to having to leave luggage in the room with the door open while getting the rest of the luggage. Also had kids and felt unsafe with the door like this. Parking was limited/tight and no loading zone. The front person was friendly and helpful though."

"So at first property look good when we first arrive but then again it was late at night so I wasn't paying too much attention. staff was pretty friendly. But me being a family person I regret taking my family to this hotel and unfortunately very late at night so we could not do nothing about it and the other rooms were just as bad. So we decided to check out and take a loss it's okay I knew they weren't going to give my money back"

"The condition of this motel room was the worst room I’ve EVER stayed in. Their bathroom light didn’t work, the washroom light didn’t work, the entry light didn’t work and I took video of it all. The floors were dirty and had pieces of trash that didn’t get picked up. The microwave and refrigerator were disgustingly dirty and wouldn’t THINK of putting any food in either of them. "The place is old and needs updated. The phone didn’t work in the room so I went down to the front desk and no one was there. There was a sign saying be right back. That sign was up all the time. There were not dishes cups in the room and directions saying to call to get them but with no phone or staff, we never got any. Shower not Se. Friendly and there were no secure grips to use in shower. Very dangerous for Seniors. There was only one luggage cart in the whole place so we had to carry our...
