"You can not check in no desk , no online che k in they expect you to call someone who lives somewhere else and is only available certain time to meet. We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."

"My experience with Motel Beechmont was so good that my girlfriend and I went right back the next
Night. Light room was clean stocked and there was no issues maroons the whole facility. It was very nice. The best part of the experience was the two awesome employees we encountered. Tina and Tim born were great! They was out deciding point of why we gladly came back. Tim was even able to put us back in the same room we was in the first night. Huge thank you to those two!!! "The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying.
The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

"We laid beach towels that I keep in my car on the bed and used our own pillows and blankets. We didn't take showers or eat anything offered. It was, that disgusting.
My youngest daughter made the reservation and paid for it. We only came to town because our son was murdered. We had 2 rooms. Between driving 9 hours, viewing our dead son, having him cremated and dealing with law enforcement and our grandchildren, we were too exhausted to fight for a refund at the time. We still have not received...
