"The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again."

"The breakfasts and happy hours are consistently of good quality. Our room was clean and comfortable, but very small. We had trouble finding space to allow both of our suitcases to be open and accessible at the same time. Our room, which was on the second floor near ice and elevator, was very noisy in the evenings and into the night. Staff was friendly and service was impeccable in restaurant."

"I travel to Cleveland frequently for work. This was the first & last time staying here. I paid $250/night for a room with a non-working AC unit. I went to the desk to ask them about it, they told me it was “motion activated.” I went back to my room & walked around for a few minutes - still nothing. Looked around & couldn’t find any sensors. Called down to the desk & they offered to send an engineer to check it out…at 9:30PM. I had to ask to be moved to another room, in which they acted like that...

"Location was good and parking was convenient, while expensive. But the bathroom had a strong sour smell, like wet towels left too long in the washing machine. What I wish the hotel would have told me, though, was that a marathon’s starting/finish line would be literally outside my window. Equipment and sound checks began at 4 am and continued until the marathon itself, with thousands of runners, joined the noise. We got no sleep but couldn’t even leave in the AM because of road closures. I feel...

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The last trip to Cleveland, we were lucky enough to meet Chuck the bartender. We had amazing conversations with him and spoke about him on our way out to Cleveland this year. We were so excited that to see that he was working the first night we got in (and it was the only night he was working while we were in town). "I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."
