"The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Each and every staff member I came across had a morning, afternoon or nighttime greeting, with a smile. Safe and secure. Playa just down the road. Centro Historical not a very far drive in the other direction. And .. if you need a Walmart, it’s a five minute walk away. I will definitely recommend and return. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Absolutely terrible. Expedia and the hotel do not communicate and give you the run around. The hotel tells Expedia there is no more vacancy but is willing to give us a room if we cancel with Expedia. This is absolutely unacceptable. After an hour of playing cat and mouse with the hotel and expedia, they sent us to another hotel down the street. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
