"The Star is amazing, the Receptionist was very nice and helpful, we left our car with the concierge, and the car was waiting for us next morning without us having to make a phone call very impressive, breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and attentive, our room was amazing,clean with great Air conditioning so many features to take in on opening the door curtains opened and lights came on. Staff friendly and all in all the Star is a ten out of ten, we are planning our next stay...

"The apartment was spacious with everything needed for a few nights stay such as laundry powder for washing clothes, soap for dishes, shampoo and such in the bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. It was easy walking distance to the train station, grocery, restaurants and strolling along the river in South Bank. I did not use the rooftop pool or BBQ area but had a look. It was also clean and there was plenty of space for a group of people. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Rooms were great with water filling stations on every floor. Location was amazing and we were able to walk to many amazing locations easily such as the museum, Queen Street mall and waterfront resturants. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Would recommend to friends and family."

"The Royal Albert Hotel is so convenient being right in the CBD. During our stay we went for many walks to see all the Christmas decorations & lights, everything was so close by. We enjoyed a perfect stay with the staff being very attentive & explained everything very well to us."

"We had just an overnight stay but was pleasantly surprised by this motel. Although an older property is was pristine and beautifully presented and very clean. Very friendly staff and we appreciated the communication and warm welcome. Perfectly located on the main road into Brisbane City but private with easy side road access and car parking. Great value! "

"The apartment was nice and modern, had great A/C, and awesome views. Key features were great (shower, bed, etc) and the kitchen had all basic items. Check in and out was easy, and the location was great. The pool was great to have access to - it’s a small area but was quiet when I went up to swim. Would stay again! "

"We have stayed here a few times now as a family and have always been very impressed with the service and facilities. We included our stay with the breakfast which is always worth the extra. Staff and valets are always nice and helpful. The rooms could use a little more polish on the fixtures and fittings but doesn't detract overall. Recommend for families and will visit again. "
