"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room,but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...

"Jin was very accessible, responding to all texts immediately. She picked us up at the train, which was so nice. Everything was very clean and she supplied whatever we needed. We had the "suite" , which is a private 2 bedroom, bath and kitchenette om the first floor. If you value privacy, you will rent rhis area. The bed was hard for me and it could be noisy at night, but all in all a good location, spotless, accommodating, and a great value. Thank you, Jin."

"Overall, our 4-day stay was a great one and we will highly recommend to anyone! Location is just 5mins away from exit 3 of subway, although it might be quite a steep climb, need to work out the leg muscles a bit when dragging the luggages. Surrounding area has many food and shopping options (Olive young is just 3min away). Service is exceptional, male staff at counter is very patient, friendly and highly fluent in Chinese & English.
