The place itself is incredibly conveniently located and has all the small touches to be comfortable during the stay. much more appreciated though was all the hosts did to ensure we felt so comfortable and taken care of from homemade treats to easy communication. "The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room,but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...

"All the staff went above and beyond, they were kind and very helpful. Lynn Yeo helped us with our check-in, and it was smooth sailing. Truly satisfied with their services. The location is also in the middle of Hongdae, close to restaurants, a convenience store, and shops. "

"The property is centrally location to restaurants, bus and train station. The room and common areas are clean. The room is perfect for 2 guest. I would recommend the property improvement on the hot shower water pressure, it’s a bit weak. I would recommend and would stay at this hotel in the future."

"Das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und in einer hervorragenden Lage. Das einzige Manko war, dass wir 3 Tage in Folge immer wieder auf die fehlenden Handtücher aufmerksam machen mussten. Außerdem gibt es keinen Ganzkörperspiegel, aber sonst war wirklich alles super."
