Omdat de apartementen ook prive worden bewoond is een melding voor housekeeping bij de receptie het beste. Maar als je wat meldt wordt het meteen geregeld. "The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). "I love the size of this hotel as it's not too big :) on the contrary the room are gigantic and its very comfortable. I give extra point for the ironing board an iron already present in the room, it's very convenient when you are on business. The bed was great and I slept really well. I had been there about 10 years ago, and I'll return for my next trip in Kuala Lumpur."

"They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever."
