Honestly, I didn’t even want to spend the night there once we got into the room, especially with a child being with me, but it was already too late to go anywhere else after our event. So I stuck it out since it was just one night. But I will never be back there again."

"This property is horrible. I booked 2 rooms here for a last minute outting with friends. There were stains on the furniture, the toilet rocks enough to lift off the floor, the sink is stopped up, the smoke detector is covered with a grocery bag. And none of this even begins to explain the filth. I used a towel the wipe the surfaces and it was a brown dingy before I could finish. The bathtub had hair, some kind of pink and white residues, and buildup that was green and black. I am overly pissed...

"The staff were rude. The housekeepers didn’t pay attention to the whole room when cleaning. There were tissues in the vent and a bag over the smoke detector. I reported it to them and the only one who did anything about it was Elizabeth and she was the only one who was nice. Then when we were leaving they charged us for towels that we didn’t steal but returned to get clean ones, and a sheet that had an old old blood stain on it from before we got there. "It was awful. We were approached by homeless people in the parking lot and immediately went inside instead of getting our luggage out of the vehicle, for fear of hooligans in the parking lot. The entire building reeked of marijuana. As soon as we checked in and saw our room, we immediately checked back out and left. One of the employees was talking to another employee about a bedbug problem on the second floor! "

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "

"This is the cutest Victorian Inn. The concierge was super nice and we even got an invite to “social hour” with complimentary glass of wine or beer. If we didn’t move into town I would stay there every time we came to town. Oh and the cat that roams the place is adorable!"

"We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor."

"My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge plus. The hotel itself was great, and it was conveniently located."
