"The staff are fabulous, very attentive and customer focused. We had an outdoor private bath which was wonderful and highly recommended. Our one complaint is the beds (futon) they were very thin and hard. We did not sleep well. "

"Absolutely gorgeous place, super close to Nara park. After hiking to Mount Wakakusa my wife and I enjoyed the private hot springs. It was surreal enjoying the hot water while listening to the rain in the rock garden area. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in Nara. "

"Room was very clean. Enough space to put our luggage and still have movement space. A non slip mat in the tub and a fan would be great.
Location was perfect. Within walking distance to Dotonbori and train stations. "
"Great location for first time Osaka visitors. Lots of shopping downstairs and dining if you are too tired to venture out/ want to stay near hotel. Room is clean and bathroom is nice."
"The location is amazing! You have 7-11, a grocery store and a Family mart besides or close to the hotel! Also, the hotel has a train station underneath it which helps tremendously during this trip. The staff has been helpful and welcoming as well! I recommend the hotel! "
"We were upgraded to a fabulous Suite.
Really extra special with all the trappings.
Keep in mind this hotel IS NOT, in the CBD, but in an area that is quiet and has few conveniences right around the close proximity
But the Hotel is Grand and the Staff is Top Rated."
"The staff and the room view was amazing, we would totally come back to Osaka just for the hotel. Everything was perfect and service was top tier. Totally recommended for a peaceful stay. The staff took care of us from A to C. "
