"We will absolutely stay here again when traveling to Wash U. Great hotel!"

"Well maintained, great staff and very clean."

"Great location."

"Roach in room. They don’t clean room at all you need to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. For the price it’s a two or three star place."

"there was no bodywash or shampoo in the mounted shower amenities and I had to call for replacement, and the housekeeper was end of shift, then take a second shower at a later time. there was no room touchup interstay, there were no trashcan liners so the trashcans were nasty, the shower was mounted wrong and kept falling off its attachment. The ceilings are thin so the guest above me who was up from 2-5 am was easily heard walking all night, and the tv system is antiquated and not user...

"Wonderful Stay. No issues. Would stay again"

"Beds did not sleep well. Also disturbing noises above our heads at 4;30 in the morning"

"Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner options! Room was exceedingly clean and well maintained as was the rest of the hotel. 10/10 will be staying here again for future conventions! Will also be recommending to others!"

"I stay here whenever I come to St. Louis because I know that I'll get a great room that's clean, a friendly innkeeper and his dog, and an excellent breakfast to start my day! The location is in a neighborhood right across from Benton Park. Street parking is easy peasy."

"Some of the most pleasant staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel.Room was very comfortable clean and quiet."

"This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people."

"Everything was great"

"Across the street from Union Station. Lots of cool history and architecture. Pool was not available due to repairs."
