"convenient location- a few minutes walk to Progressive Field. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. good breakfast. Valet parking a bit pricey though. but overall very good value. will definitely be back."

"Breakfast was good. A good variety of hot & cold items. Staff was keeping the food area clean & well stocked. The front desk staff seemed distracted at times. The parking garage was OK, however, the spots are tight. Driving in & out of the lot was a bit dangerous b/c there is only one way in or out. There is a sign that says honk your horn to let someone know if you are going down the ramp or coming up. I could see a lot of accidents happening b/c this is the parking option you are provided. There was a loose manhole cover that people driver over that you could hear in our room. We were in a room near the street on the 4th floor."

"The Hyatt Arcade was a unique and beautiful place! We stayed during the week so an arcade room was quiet. We had breakfast included and it was delicious! We walked out the back door right onto 6th street with multiple restaurants and patios as well. Easily walkable to Progressive Field, Rocket Arena and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame! We would definitely stay again."

"The staff here was great! I was able to check in early. I got a great room with an even better view. Staff was friendly and stayed in touch during my Stay. Lots of places nearby to eat and shop. The House of Creole restaurant next to the hotel was spectacular."
