"The room was clean and I loved the free shuttle to the arena! Only con is that we stayed on the eleventh floor. The front desk representative asked us high or low floor but failed to tell us that the twelfth floor was being renovated! So at 7am we were awakened to loud hammering and drilling. The view from the room was beautiful and we loved the amenities, we would’ve chosen another floor if we were privy to the renovations."

"I had a very short stay in the area so the accommodations were sufficient. It was decent. Clean enough. The walls are thin; I could hear the person in the next room and people in the hall, and lots of noise above also. The breakfast was basic, typical. Overall I’d say that if you’re on a budget or staying for a very short time, this place is fine."

"The location is great - easy to get around to many restaurants and shopping but no noise from the adjacent freeway. It was busy with many guests during our 4-night stay but quiet hours were kept, parking was easy, and plenty of food at the free breakfast. Only issues were hair dryer was broken and bed linens upon arrival weren’t clean but both were immediately replaced. Overall a good value."

"Keep in mind that this is a boutique hotel. The elevators & lobby are a little bit tight, but that's not a problem for us at all. We chose this hotel because it's walking distance to Ford Field, so that was a huge plus. Location was great for what we needed. The parking is pricey at $50 for valet parking overnight. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't use up amenities other than what was in the room. The room itself was good, but it would've been nice to have a desk/table area. Size was...

"Highly recommend this as an alternative to downtown. We chose this as our home base for an anniversary weekend and were very happy we did. Recommend one of the suites if it fits your budget!"

"This is a historic, charming old home. With that, expect to use stairs to reach your room. We stayed a week and had housekeeping service only twice during our stay. The desk staff was very accommodating and filled our request for toilet paper and towels quickly, with a smile. They made us feel very at home and welcome. We enjoyed the common room with a phonograph and classic albums. The bed was very comfortable. The house was quiet and well air conditioned. We slept great! I would stay...

"The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall.
