"Perfectly reasonable accommodations for a quick night on our trip to Southern California. Booked it for the properties age but was blown away by the amenities included. Free complimentary EV charging, free breakfast, free internet. Can’t ask for better accommodations for the price "

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."

"As always, this place is wonderful. It is my go-to when I travel to the desert to see my father. Rooms are always clean, well stocked, fresh feeling and relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is actually really good, and I'm not much of a breakfast person. The french omelet, in particular, was absolutely delicious! "Clean room, good staffing on site and prompt on requests for linen or towels etc. breakfast was good could use some more options for hash browns or bacon features but still good."

"We added a third night and didn’t ask what the night would cost, assuming it would be similar to the first two nights. When we left we were charged over $500 for the one night which was considerably higher than the price for the first two nights. We felt very cheated. Will not go back to this hotel. "

"The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar. "
