"Service - no problems. Everyone seemed pretty good. If not always there late night. Room (the good) - bathroom is spacious. Not a huge fan of vessel sinks, but they worked. Bed reasonably comfortable. Well stocked if overpriced minibar & convenience purchases. Room (the bad) - it says soundproofed but on the third floor, you can hear the traffic noise easily.
