"What a truly great place! It really stood out above the rest on our trip across Canada. I’m wondering if the people who posted poor reviews were posting for the wrong hotel? It’s a small hotel only a dozen rooms and pretty full so would not have had “plenty of rooms available” like the one reviewer wrote. The rooms are not big but very nicely laid out. "Beautiful historic hotel by the water. It has been renovated and is in great shape. The staff at the reception were efficient and friendly. My room overlooked the harbour, which was very nice. Very spacious clean room, bed and pillows were comfortable. Full breakfast was included at the restaurant and lots of free parking. Walkable to stores and restaurants and the waterfront.
