"Great hidden away gem."

"Positiv: sauberes großes Zimmer, bequeme große Betten, super Lage am See und nah zu kleinen Einlaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Park, Kanus und Kajaks zum Leihen. Negativ: Ausstattung ziemlich heruntergekommen, vieles müsste erneuert werden. Fliegengitter fehlen, so dass man Türen und Fenster eigentlich nicht öffnen kann. "We stayed in Number 2 cottage which was a 2 bedroom. Very tidy, lots of parking, and well appointed for our stay. The view is BRILLIANT! The back porch provides a beautiful vista of Sturgeon Lake. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating, namely picnic tables. If you stay in, good wifi and Netflix but the sunsets are spectacular so don't miss them. There are a number of cottages on this property but noise isn't an issue for night time as each room has A/C and you can just close the windows (which...

"The room was serviceable and reasonably clean. To me it seemed expensive for what it was, but maybe that's the market for the area. The host was a little difficult to track down upon arrival as there is no clear office, but it worked out fine so I don't have any complaints,"

"Hello; I must say besides the cleanliness of the cottage, we were disappointed with our stay. The biggest linen did not fit the queen bed and we used the top sheet to cover the mattress. Also, the bunk beds did not have comfortable mattresses. We had difficulty with the door lock and had to spend time with the front desk to figure it out. Only to have them come out and also take time to get it figured out. I would not recommend this unless there are small children as we did not sleep comfortably...
