"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "We enjoyed our stay at Kingsland. We were a bit disappointed that the room type we booked wasn’t available and they were unable to accommodate the right type during our stay with no compensation. Beyond that the room was clean and the pools were fun!
Also will mention we woke up every morning to lawn movers and leaf blowers so if that’s something that you’d like to avoid listening to in the morning this may not be the best choice!"

"Palace room was nice and spacious. We got a room at the end of the hallway which gave us two balconies. The resort itself is amazing! Everything was convenient, relaxing, and fun! The only downside of this resort is the food. There wasn’t that many choices and the hours were weird and closed early. Be prepared to pay high prices for everything! We enjoyed the pools and lagoon daily! My kids really liked renting water equipment at the lagoon. Overall I would high recommend this resort! "
