"We stayed in the Ocean Tower great views but far away from the main pool and slide and dolphin experience area. Be prepared to walk a lot at this resort there is a tram but not reliable on their timing. NUI restaurant was good we had a party of 11 for dinner everyone was happy with their meal choices. The 1 bedroom unit we stayed in was in the older section and needs to be upgraded which is scheduled later this year. "今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"

"Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property. We enjoyed the complimentary snorkel equipment on the final day. The room service twice a day will definitely spoil you!"

"I do not typically write reviews but this property warranted it and not in a good way. The property is massive. It’s literally a hike to and from the rooms to the lobby depending on the “tower” they put you in. The good news is there was a tram. The bad news is that it was rarely operational during our stay. "Staff were great!!! The singer in the evening by the coffee shop was AMAZING!!! We loved having a washer and dryer in our unit!!! Shops and restaurants were walkable!!!"

"Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. I would never use Expedia again for a Marriott, or other major brand, hotel reservation if you have earned status. "What a beautiful place with all of the amenities, including beach equipment! The pool and hot tub were like paradise and the beach is gorgeous, complete with a turtle snoozing on the rocks at sunset. "

"Rooms were fantastic for families and the resort was beautiful. The easy access to the main Hilton property was wonderful and our kids loved it. Super easy access to the restaurants and stores near by as well. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our choice."
