"Check in was pretty smooth. We arrived early and the room was not yet ready, but it was ready earlier than the 3 pm time. The room was clean and well organized. We got the loft suite and the sofa bed was made up for our kids right away. The room was pretty tight for space unfortunately, but it may be expected given the central location of the hotel.
