"The staff at the Trump Hotel, Central Park, West,New York City, are consummate professionals. Situated just across from New York Central Park in Midtown, location is great. And I believe it has very good price/value relationship. It’s also nice to have a nice pool for laps in New York City."

"This is a GREAT hotel in a perfect location. WELCOMING staff (from doormen to housekeepers) were always available and willing to assist us during our stay. Multiple nearby restaurants; short access (2 blocks) to the subway; and a modest, but well-stocked kitchenette complement the friendly climate of this comfortable hotel. "Very comfortable and great front desk staff. Would have been a big help to get the address for parking in advance - garage was hard to find, and one block east. Unable to get a response from messaging hotel and called for info but was given incorrect address! That being said, good price point for parking this part of town - bellman adds a sticker to your parking voucher and it’s good for 24 hours from time of parking - price includes tax"

"My only issue with the stay is that they wouldn't accept my Hilton Honors number. Apparently when you book with Expedia, you don't get the Hilton points. The airlines and car rental companies don't work that way and neither should the hotels."

"We arrived early and were greeted by extremely friendly staff. We stored our bags and when we returned, they gave us a fantastic view in our hotel room. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. I will definitely stay again in the future."
