The only thing that made this room good was location to the airport, unfortunately there were too many negatives. The shower was filthy, the sheets weren’t overly clean. James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor
The room was comfortable and super clean. Check in was welcoming. I was able to do this ahead of usual. I would happily stay here again.
