"Two issues: There was construction going on next door (a brand new building, so it will be going on for months!). The staff put us in the room closest to the construction noise - which started at 7:30 am. Not a crime to want to sleep in on vacation, right?! THEN, the hotel was painting all the wood balconies and they were on the other side of the room! Really? The workers were actually looking right into our room! "The property is conveniently located close to everything in Ouray. The office staff is wonderful and super accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. We stayed 3 nights. The hot tub was a welcome benefit after each day's hiking activities! I highly recommend the Matterhorn Inn in Ouray! PS: Do the Perimeter trail!"

"Perfect location on Main Street yet very quiet in the little town of Ouray. Small, cozy room with very comfy king bed and large tv. Linens were so clean and fresh! Small sink counter but was ok. Mini fridge and microwave. This is a quaint inn, no frills but great for the area. We got breakfast chits each day. We would stay there again!"

"The only thing I would have liked is charging capabilities at the bedside for phones, or in our case, hearing devices. Other than that, although there were hot springs surrounding us, we took advantage of the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, and much appreciated. The hosts were so nice! A map of the town is available. Towels and pool robes were offered for free, with the only rule to please return them. We had a GREAT stay! Thank you!"

"Historic property. Great location. Amazing amenities. Super friendly host who has a lot of investing stories to share. We had a shared bathroom which makes it dependent on the other residents for cleanliness. The tub was slightly small to take a bath."

"Nice hotel, rooms are super clean but nothing special, the true benefit is the 7 hot tubs available on the hill, such a treat to walk out the back and enjoy a soak in one of the tubs. Easy parking and super close to the main street to enjoy a stroll to grab a meal and shopping."

"Room and hotel were clean. They provided toiletries. Check in and out was simple and communication during check in was great. We arrived close to midnight and check in stopped at midnight, but front desk texted instructions on how to get our key to the room. Property has shared bathrooms but they were not crowded as we arrived late and left early. Would recommend and would stay again."
