"Unexpectedly comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows, which I prefer. Even tried to learn where the pillows came from so I could order some for us! We made use of the kitchenette and were grateful for it. Room and hallways were a bit musty smelling. The is a value for the area and much less expensive than hotels a mile down Wisconsin Ave toward Georgetown. Just as convenient for people needing to stay close to the Georgetown University hospital. "Be extra careful in the shower. They are extremely slippery and we had no hand rails or mats to help. I ended up with a concussion and the staff did nothing to assist with the issue. Hotel provides shuttle to and from DCA. Takes about 5-10 minutes.
Common areas and the bar are nice.
Room was not good. AC was so loud I turned off. In the room there were exposed wires, wall paper peeling, broken USB sockets, holes in paneling. Items a well maintained hotel would have sorted out."
