"This hotel is more than dated, it’s worn down, grimy and visibly degrading. The staff was lovely and this is not their fault at all. "

"I did not use the pool or hot tub. I was there one night for a doctor's appointment. It was clean, safe, quiet and easy to get to. The price was right also. Recommended to my brother the very next week and he stayed there also for medical reasons. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"Food options limited. New pizza counter burned grinders badly. Bathroom smelled like pee, no bathroom fan and shower doors still had fingerprints. Bar was understaffed. Decided we should leave early due to upcoming possible ice storm and bridge closure and manager didn’t seem to even consider an early checkout option so we ended paying for a night we didn’t use. Back parking is a pothole minefield. Lots of sand in pool and hot tub. Apple TV did not get reset between guests. Info from previous user was still on the TV. Sad part about this survey is that it will probably just be published with no questions asked."

"Impeccably clean and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Dinner from the restaurant (we ordered room service,) was tasty and prompt. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, however. The pricing of breakfast ($17.99 pp) would lead a person to believe that the breakfast buffet would be good, but in reality, it's just a hot continental breakfast that comes standard at other hotels. It is my only complaint of the trip. "

"This hotel was so, so. The beds were AWFUL! The water slide is only up for 4 hours. The breakfast wasn't great. Overall it was a clean hotel but we won't be staying here again. "
