"Everything was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay overall. The only issue we noticed was that the bathroom door's automatic closer was quite loud. Whenever someone opened or closed the door, it made a significant noise that could disturb people who were sleeping. It might be helpful to adjust or repair the door closer to reduce the noise, as this would make the stay even more comfortable for future guests."

"Front desk staff were not rude but not friendly either. Only spoke when spoken to and did not feel welcomed. Cinnamon Bear servers were lovely. Our initial room had a dying light bulb and when addressed to the receptionist they did not offer a new room, instead suggested a mechanic to come but not until the next day which we were only there for a two night stay. Hotel itself is decent but for a Hilton hotel, did not impress me"

"The property is good and is in the middle of the whistler village but it needs renovation, the tv remote had to be banged, the ceiling were full of dust and dirt and also no matter or coffee inside rooms and everything charged and expensive."

"This hotel was more like a flop house, located above a liquor store, and in between 2 main streets that were noisy. The parking lot smelled like urine, the steps going upstairs are narrow spiral stairs and hard to maneuver with a suitcase, the rooms are not air-conditioned. There is a portable "air conditioning" unit in the corner, which sounds like a compressor, and never really cooled the room at all. Spend more and find a better place to stay."

"Nestled in the woods on the perimeter of the main streets, it is quiet and comfortable. The hotel could use some updates but it had everything we needed. NO A/C but it was cool enough at night that we slept comfortably. They also provided fans. We enjoyed the pool although it was not heated. Friendly staff."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Cold continental breakfast was decent. Pub service was slow despite only a few tables, but food was decent. Check in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating (we checked in early and room happened to be ready, which was a bonus) throughout the check in process. Check out was easy. Desk staff was initially friendly and polite, then commented on the site we made our reservations on and immediately became more reserved. Overall, our stay was excellent. But...
