We had team meeting there as it was a central place for us to meet and the staff were super helpful arranging somewhere quiet for us to have our meeting. The coffee and lunch throughout the day was excellent as well as my evening meal the night before. Excellent venue and I will be back in a few weeks."

"We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning...

"I have stayed before on many occasions, although no staff to greet you now, the lock boxes for room keys works effectively. Staff are super lovely, very accommodating. "We were greeted with a very warm welcome to the hotel. Check in took a matter of minutesm we were then shown to our room. Which was very spacious with a large bathroom.it may have been a little dated, but it added to uts charm we also had the watermill directly outside our room... Breakfast was included and made to order and they also catered for our dietary requirements. "

"This boutique hotel is almost opposite the cathedral and walking distance from the town. Whilst it is small there is a comfortable and modern bar and an on site restaurant. Rooms are smart and the beds are comfortable. "
