"Hotel Indigo made for an overall fabulous stay in Brussels! The interior design nature vibe was elegant but comfortable. The lobby and hallways were filled with myriad plants of various varieties, plush chairs and cushions of rich color and texture. They even had a tourist guide to Gent for visitors to use, among many other interesting books in every corner. The suite room was roomy,immaculate and well designed in terms of furniture placement. The only downside was the switches for the lights (which were plentiful) were confusing and oddly placed at best. However, the staff were extremely helpful and congenial (overall). They were accommodating of our requests for the room and answered our questions about getting around, (trains, directions, restaurants, etc.) and listened attentively when I wanted to share my days adventurous outings. They even shared a lot about the important landmarks in Brussels and surrounding towns. The location was perfect as it is very near (a few blocks from) the train station (North). The restaurant too is a 5 star. Book Hotel Indigo, you'll be so glad you did!"

"We had just a short overnight stay in Brussels but this place was the perfect spot. Nestled right downtown, everything was very walkable around grand-place. The room was very clean and well kept. And the staff was helpful in answering some of our questions about the area. Pro tip, ask for two room keys as you need one in order to turn on the power in the room (it’s activated by placing your keycard in the slot but if taken out nothing works). There was no onsite parking which isn’t uncommon in larger European city downtown areas but there was a very close public garage only about 300m from the property. Overall, great spot, and great location."
