"My stay was horrible!!! Not enough amenities, but what shook me up and disgusted me was a roach crawling on me while I was in bed. Took a closer look behind bed, fridge, and sofa and found more roaches. Some dead some alive. After reporting it to front desk, they told me to call in the morning when management would be there. Didn’t even offer to compensate with refund or moving me to another room. First time I went there and it will be the LAST. Would not refer them to anyone!!!!!!! Also found...

"Got a room with no fridge in it, water ran luke warm in the shower, was woken up at 3 am by a man repeatedly slamming his door shut yelling obscenities at whoever he was with. The cheap price point is attractive for people on a budget but know that you might be sacrificing safety being here."

The staff in not helpful, The staff asked for the deposit in cash when I asked for the receipt she said she will not give any receipt so I asked that I will do the card and she said she cant do that and an argument happened for an 20mins, there are no amenities for us to use. The bathroom is the worst ever, There are stains all over the bed. Drugs usage all over the building, we vacated the hotel and moved to a good hotel next door. I want my refund...
