"There were big blood stains on the carpet and things in the room were not cleaned very well overall. The breakfast is supposed to be till 9:30 but most of it was cleaned up around 9:15. The young gentleman was very kind and professional when we checked in the but the lady that checked us out did not have the same level of professionalism. "The staff were friendly and helpful with request. The hotel aesthetic was updated and nice….but the hotel was dirty. Floors in elevators and lobby area not clean at check in or check out. I understand that lack of housekeeping staff during those busy hours is sometimes hard to avoid, but dirty floors in our room at check in should not be an issue. Upon arrival, there were crumbs in the carpet between the beds and lots of debris in the bathroom and entryway tile. So much so, that I had to take...
