"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. Once in the tub, I discovered that 1 of the jets lacked a cover & was sucking in not shooting water out, resulting in a sore finger. We did love the courtyard, bed was very comfortable & staff...

"I had the King suite and it was very roomy and comfortable for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping made up the room daily. The breakfast was minimal but filling.
