"Hotel was clean, had pretty Catskills Mountains views, and fire pits, pool and sauna. Staff was helpful."

"From the minute I checked in with a rude clerk, I was not at all impressed by this property. The room (303) needs to be painted as there are lots of patches. The front desk NEVER answered the phone. It constantly rang busy so I had to go down to the Lobby to report I needed towels the next day. Also, there were cleaning supplies next to the food in the breakfast area and no one attending to the empty trays, etc., on a regular basis. I found it most disrespectful that the front desk staff didn't...

"Unfortunately the buffet was being remodeled and unavailable which was very disappointing. I feel that it should have been communicated to us at least upon arrival and some concessions should have been made. Also the common areas were littered with empty drink cups and full ashtrays that were there upon arrival and still there when we checked out."

"Awesome place. Highly recommended"

"Todo muy bien, súper limpio y lo mejor de todo, todo está cerca del hotel se pude salir caminando"
