"Very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. "This isn’t a luxury motel, but it was very clean and the staff was wonderful. One thing that really stood out was the attention to cleanliness and comfort. The mattress had a protector, and the bed was thoughtfully made with a fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket, and an extra sheet on top—such a nice and hygienic touch. I also appreciated seeing the housekeeping staff cleaning the windows and doors of each room. It’s clear they take pride in keeping everything well cared for."
