"Charged us $20.00 for parking that was not disclosed ahead of time. Building hallways had a musty smell and you could see that some areas needed to be updated. Rooms were VERY clean and comfortable though. One key did not work, requiring a trip back downstairs and room fridge was not working. They did replace the fridge.
When checking out, they gave a receipt that was for more than the Expedia listed amount. Still waiting to see if this is updated once the charge settles through bank."

"Much of the staff was better than one could expect. One lady who worked at the front desk Wednesday morning was a little rude to my wife when we were asking about a cart to haul our luggage out on. The back doors were locked and the cart was just outside of those doors. We just wanted to know if there was another cart which was not locked up. The lady told my wife, "They're right there.
