"Filthy carpets in desperate need of being replaced; decor is awful for such an expensive hotel, the dust was awful, hairs on towels, grime in the bath, broken toilet cystern button, expensive breakfast and poor quality food. Curtains missing hooks. Extractor fan in bathroom doesn’t do anything. There’s more negatives but this will do. Parking so close to the sea is the only positive and only reason I would return. "Lovely room, clean with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed and everything provided that you would need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was despite the fact that they were dealing with flooding outside the pub following a storm."
