"What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. "Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!"

"An update to the furnishings in the room is needed. Even the public areas are showing their age. This used to be the nicest hotel in the area and Embassy has turned its head on updating the property.
