Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room was never cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing.
