Hotel murah di Urbandale

"Friendly, helpful staff"

"The bathrooms need a deep clean. Dust and hair pushed into corners, the standard swiffer mop isn't always suitable. The pull out couch mattress had stains on it. The blower motor on the hvac unit had a bad bearing and it squealed all night-other option was enduring the heat. At face value it looks nice, but its not getting the attention it needs."

"Clean property, very friendly staff and an amazing hot tub! I enjoyed my stay for sure."

"Great place to stay all around."

"The elevators are slow and breaking… they would stop half way between the floors. They said the air is not programmed to go down below 72° so our room was hot."

"Breakfast was limited .. not much fresh fruit or options. Elevator super dirty the building itself looks outdated and not clean, pool area as well windows dirty chipped paint. The room I stayed in the bathtub wasn’t working well I was able to fix it myself I was there one night so I didn’t bother asking for another room."

"Food was not good. Everywhere your food is the same with tacos"

"Our room was quiet and clean. We enjoyed a hot breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel sits back from the road."

"The room was ok, not sure how clean it was, the internet kept going out , breakfast was just ok. However the staff was very friendly, attentive, responded very quickly with any issue. Front desk lady was very nice."
