"Check in was delayed. Had to wait a long while. Our apartment was around alot of noise both the road ( singers to Belaluna restaurant) but we enjoyed the time we were there. Made the most of it. No washer in the apartment and it stated there was. Locks to windows broken and metal shutter half way up couldn't close for the evenings. Broken!"

Room was enormous and very well decorated, though lack of drawers meant difficult to fully unpack with only hanging space. Giant balcony which was in the sun all day and overlooked the pool. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt the service let the stay down overall. Whilst housekeeping were excellent, front desk/lobby staff were not forthcoming with checking in on our stay, helping with taxis etc. Bar service around the pool...

"Nice clean rooms & good location. However, the buffet restaurant was terrible served raw chicken on the Saturday night. The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. No manager contacted us during our remaining stay, despite us requesting a meeting, We were at the hotel a further 2 nights."
