"I did not realize upon booking that it was not a room but a space with just a bed that took up the space of the entire ‘room’ from wall to wall and no window. My dorm room was bigger in university."

"What a great place! The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the free jazz night and the sauna. Enjoyed the hot tubs but jets and hotter water would make it better. There are so many things happening there- it’s upbeat and socially aware. The staff love their jobs and it shows. I’ve already recommended it several times. "

"Excelente Ubicacion. Personal Super Atento y explicitos con todo , en especial el Sr. Nuno ( Portugal ). Restaurant y Bar excelente comida y mucha cantidad. Habitacion Grande , Baño Grande. Lo unico es que el Aire Acondicionado como que se apagaba ( sin estar en AUTO ) cerca de las 2 AM y reencendia como a las 6 AM ( se pasaba un poco de calor ) pero como el clima exterior estaba bueno pues se sentia menos el calor. Todo Excelente"

"Hotel was very accommodating and being close to the park was amazing. Very close to the tram lines and public transit. The hotel shuttle was very helpful getting to and from the airport. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. "

"The location was excellent. Quiet area on the canal. Charming building. Room was very clean but super tiny. The room was barely large enough to fit the bed. It was rather claustrophobic. Barely enough room to walk around the sides of the bed. Bathroom was tiny as well. But canal views were lovely."

"The hotel was located in a good part of town. Quiet and close enough to walk - 20 minutes maximum to most sights. The staff were excellent. We saw other clients come in and were offered a welcome drink - we were not made this offer and had to pay for drinks at the bar which were not cheap!! The breakfast was also rather expensive so we did not partake but it was on par with other places. Europe is super expensive now!! "We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs.
