"Had a lovely stay. Really nice relaxing atmosphere and location. Limited menu, ordered steak. Wife ordered well done arrived rare. Retuned steak,came back full of fat. Mine was almost blue, ordered medium rare.They took off service charge for our dissatisfaction then tried to get it back at checkout. ..."

"Room was clean and tidy, booking into the property was nice and easy in the food store. staff and parking very good good. However there were leaks everywhere in the corridors and full buckets of water from plumbing leaks which for whatever reason are not being fixed."
