"Location is perfect!"

"Didn't know we had to request housekeeping services, so we had to callbdown and have towels brought.up. Requested a luggage cart. Waited 45 minutes and the girl told us we were on the list. Finally at the one hour mark we just took everything ourselves. Stop by the bell hop desk and they said they never got the request. Ugh."

"Very disappointing stay for a hotel marketed as a luxury four-star property. The room was expensive, around $260 USD per night, but parking was not clearly disclosed before arrival. Hotel parking was $75, valet was $100, and even the “cheap” option was $35 to park 10 minutes away and shuttle back. We booked a Fallsview room, but at check-in we were immediately given a hard upsell. They claimed there had been a “cancellation” and offered a better falls view room that was supposedly normally $850...

"The building was clean, staff was very helpful, parking was fine considering there was maintenance happening. Hot tub was wonderful until a maintenance worker dumped chemi cals in while we were still in the tub causing itching and eyes to burn from the fumes."

"All in all the experience we had in this hotel was good , the parking fee of $20 per stay seems reasonable compared to other hotel nearby who is charging $50 per stay. The breakfast could be improved more with regards to variety of food and waffle machine maker where in causing a line up because most guest wants to make waffles. Should have an employee on look out to prevent shortages in milk in the counter especially guest using it more for cereal and coffee."

"We had someone staying in the building that kept us awake most of our second. He was his phone in the common area talking to a woman. The conversation was loud and we could hear her conversation as well. It was 12:20 in the morning when my wife asked him to stop. The staff living on site did nothing. We were not impressed. That second night stay should actually be refunded. Never had an experience like that at a B&B before."
