"Didn't know we had to request housekeeping services, so we had to callbdown and have towels brought.up. Requested a luggage cart. Waited 45 minutes and the girl told us we were on the list. Finally at the one hour mark we just took everything ourselves. Stop by the bell hop desk and they said they never got the request. Ugh."

"The room was basically clean when we were able to check-in 4hrs early. The only small issue there was was that there was a hair in the jacuzzi tub but within 10min of being in the room we received a call making sure our room was clean and my husband nicely told them about the single hair and within 2mins a cleaning lady was at our door to clean the tub so really no issues to complain about!!!"

"All in all the experience we had in this hotel was good , the parking fee of $20 per stay seems reasonable compared to other hotel nearby who is charging $50 per stay. The breakfast could be improved more with regards to variety of food and waffle machine maker where in causing a line up because most guest wants to make waffles. Should have an employee on look out to prevent shortages in milk in the counter especially guest using it more for cereal and coffee."

"I stayed at The Tower Hotel during my second visit to Niagara Falls. I chose it because it is newer and offers incredible views for photography. Overall, I would rate it 7/10. The Falls-view room was stunning and is the main reason to stay here. We paid about $780 per night including taxes, and honestly, most of that price goes toward the view rather than the overall experience. "It’s a decent hotel. the staff (including the manager) are not extremely nice and friendly but not terrible. Parking was expensive but it wasn’t overly expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because it is pretty good and there was a baskin robbins attached to it and the cookies and cream there is genuinely amazing. Justin, the worker there, is our GOAT"
