"Réservé chambre avec clim qui fonctionnait mal le mr nous a changé de chambre c'était un peu mieux mais meme la clim a 16 c'était pas très froid. Poubelle pas changé on avait les ordures des occupants précédents et la propreté laisse a désirer. Chambre très petite. Une chose qu'il faudrait revoir c'est les petites lumières au dessus du lit quand on éteint les deux interrupteurs sont éclairés donc pas de noir dans la chambre on a mis serviettes pour atténuer l'éclairage. "Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. Clean and tidy. The hotel is well placed between Ouistreham and Caen making it ideal for visiting the local area. Shops are conveniently situated neaby. Would totally recommend this hotel. "

"Passable. Il n'y avait personne lorsque je suis arrivé (problème de prise en compte de la réservation). Impossible de contacter du personnel pour avoir le code WiFi, il n'y avait personne dans l'hôtel et pas de reponse à mes appels, je n'ai donc pas eu internet du séjour car mauvaise réception dans le secteur. Éclairage du miroir de la chambre impossible à éteindre, très dérangeant pour s'endormir de plus le matelas était inconfortable et l'oreiller bien trop grand et épais pour être utilisé. "

"This is a very nice, well-kept property. The room was very nice, and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. There are potentially a lot of steps up and down on the property to get to one's room, so handicapped persons might experience some difficulty. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet, so moving one's car to load and unload luggage wasn't a problem, but the parking lot is small and down the hill from the hotel. The restaurant on site was very nice and the food was good."

"No air conditioning. Convenient location across from Caen station, but lots of loitering and noise. No staff on site after 11pm, which really makes you wonder about safety and support. Not ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable or reassuring stay."
